Reservation resend to the PMS
When your CRS integrates with your Property Management System (PMS), reservations transfer automatically. However, transmission may sometimes fail, requiring you to manually resend reservations to maintain accurate booking records across both systems.
System communication between your CRS and PMS may be interrupted. These reservations appear in the integrated reservations log with timeout in the message column.
Resend from integrated reservations
Follow the steps below to resend an integrated reservations
πNote: You need access to the Reservation section to complete these steps.
Go to Reservation.
Go to Integrated Reservation.
Locate your reservation by channel, date, confirmation number or guest name and click Search.
Click on the reservation hyperlink to open the resend modal window.
Click Resend.
Wait a few minutes for processing, then search the reservation again to confirm the success message.
πNote: If your PMS connection returns confirmation numbers, this will also appear after successful resending.
Resend from chain manager
If you have access to PMS interfaces under chain manager, you can also resend reservations from there, follow the steps below to learn how to do that.
Go to Chain Manager.
Go to PMS Interfaces.
Click the Activity tab.
Locate the reservation by using one or more of the following filters and click Search:
Date.
CRS ResvID.
PMS ResvID.
Once located, click the resend link for your reservation.
In the modal window, confirm the details as populated:
Hotel.
CRS resv ID.
Resv ID.
Res log ID.
Click Resend to send the reservation to your PMS.
Wait a few minutes for processing, then search the reservation again to confirm the success message.
