Preconfigured reports
Access preconfigured reports for on-screen viewing, export reservation data for analysis, or schedule automated email delivery. Users receive specific access to appropriate reporting menus for their assigned chains and properties.
Reports can be generated for different organizational levels based on your configuration and user permissions:
Client - All properties or specific groups within the client.
Chain - All properties or specific groups within the chain.
Hotel Groups - Custom groups created by hoteliers within the client or chain.
Single or selected hotels - Individual property reporting.

Report summary
Below will outline how to create a report summary:
Click Report on the left navigation.
Click Summary.
Click from the tabs of available formats:
Daily - One line of data per day.
Monthly - One line of data per month.
Yearly - Distinct 12-month period data.
Select the Source from the dropdown:
All Reservation or specific channels used by your property.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown (if more than one is in use).
Select the From date for the daily, monthly or yearly tabs.
Select the To date for the daily, monthly or yearly tabs.
Select Report Type for year over year comparison data from the dropdown:
No date comparison or date comparison.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
General reports
Access detailed operational and performance data across multiple areas. The general reports are outlined below.
Rate distribution
Analyze reservation revenue metrics with breakdowns by rate category, rate code, room type and booking channel:
Click Report on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Rate Distribution tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Select Report Type for year over year comparison data from the dropdown.
No date comparison or date comparison.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria with year over year comparison data.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Availability report
Follow the steps below to create an availability report for future room availability by room type:
Click Report on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Availability tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Production report
Rooms sold by channel with month-to-date, year-to-date, and prior year comparisons. Follow the steps below to create a production report:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Production tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Property arrival report
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline reservations and cancellations by arrival date:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Property Arrival tab.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Travel agent report
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline reservation breakdowns with IATA codes, commissionable status and amounts:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Travel Agent Production tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Rate code expired report
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline rate codes set to expire over specified timeframes to proactively extend as needed:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Rate Code Expired tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Property cancellation report
This is not in use at this time on this screen. Use the cancellation tab in the Reservation Detail menu or schedule the report in that area of the system.
LOS upsell report
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline revenue generated from length-of-stay upsells for enabled properties:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the LOS Upsell tab.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Save for later report
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline details of booking engine carts saved by shoppers in the last 30 days:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click General.
Go to the Save for Later tab.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Saved date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
π€Tip: The save for later report shows actionable data for immediate follow-up. Cross-check with existing reservations to avoid duplicate outreach efforts.
Reservation reports
Follow the steps to create a report that will outline a review reservation production within custom timeframes and various formats to understand guest booking patterns:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click Reservation.
Go to the tab for the type of report you need:
Room type bookings by room category.
Region or state or province geographic data from guest profiles.
Lead time advance booking patterns.
Length of stay stay duration analysis.
Guarantee policy payment method breakdowns.
Daily day-by-day reservation information.
Rate code group custom groupings defined by your hotel.
Market segment custom segments defined by your hotel.
Access code.
Discount code.
RTC β Room to charge (if enabled).
LOS upsell (if enabled).
Add-ons.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Transaction reports
View reservations booked by specific time frames to identify booking volume patterns and peak periods:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click Transaction Report.
Go to the tab for the type of report you need:
Transactions by hour.
Transactions by day.
Transactions by month.
Select Channels from the dropdown:
All.
Individual channels as contracted.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click View to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
πNote: Transaction reports cannot be scheduled for automatic delivery.
Distribution reports
Analyze reservation patterns across channels showing how reservations flow into your system:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click Distribution.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Select Report Type for year over year comparison data from the dropdown :
No date comparison or date comparison.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Profile reports
Review booking patterns by profile types and monitor profile management:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click Profile.
Go to the Tab for the type of profile report you need:
Guest.
Corporation.
Group.
Travel agent.
Select the Date Type from the dropdown:
Book date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select the Currency from the dropdown.
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Select Report Type for year over year comparison data from the dropdown:
No date comparison.
Date comparison.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
πNote: Where unknown is listed on a report that indicates there was no corresponding profile attached to the booking
Purge report
Monitor the number of guest profiles purged either manually or via the systemβs automation:
Go to the Report menu on the left navigation.
Click Profile.
Select purge type from the drop down:
Membership (has loyalty ID on guest profile).
Non Membership (no loyalty ID on guest profile).
Select the From date.
Select the To date.
Click Search to display the report on screen based on the searched criteria.
Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet with the data.
Schedule reports for automatic delivery
You can create one-time or recurring reports for email delivery using two methods. Follow the relevant steps below to schedule reports for automatic delivery:
Method 1: Schedule from report result screen
Go to the Report menu and select the report you need.
Click New Schedule to enter the criteria.
Enter Report Name.
Select Currency from the dropdown if more than one is in use.
Select Report Category from the dropdown that correspond to the other menu options:
Legacy.
Summary.
General.
Reservation.
Distribution.
Profile.
Select Report Type from the dropdown based on category selection.
Select Date Type from the dropdown:
Confirmation date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select View By from the dropdown based on your access:
Client(s).
Chain(s).
Hotel group(s).
Hotel(s).
Choose Export Format from the dropdown:
PDF.
Excel.
Choose Frequency from the dropdown:
Once.
Day.
Choose timeframe from the dropdown:
Past.
Current.
Future.
Set the schedule:
Day of week - check the box or boxes for the corresponding day of week to receive the report.
Every weekday β check the box to receive the report Monday through Friday only.
(Optional) Select repeat after this number of days:
Enter the number of days after which to no longer automate the send of this report.
Week.
Choose timeframe from the dropdown.
Past.
Current.
Future.
Set the schedule.
Enter the number of weeks between sends (enter 2 to receive the report every other week).
Day of week - check the box or boxes for the corresponding day of week to receive the report.
Month.
Choose timeframe from the dropdown.
Past.
Current.
Future.
Set the schedule via one of the two options.
Enter the week of the month to receive the report form the dropdown:
First
Second.
Third.
Forth.
Last.
Day of week - check the box or boxes for the corresponding day of week to receive the report.
On Calendar Days β enter the dates separated by commas or dashes if inclusive. Example three-five will deliver the report on the third, forth and fifth days of the month.
Choose the time zone to use when sending this report from the dropdown.
Enter the Schedule Begin date.
Enter the Hour to receive the report.
Enter the Minute of the corresponding hour to receive the report.
Enter Send Email To addresses (separate multiple emails with ";").
Click Create New to save.
Method 2: Use the Schedule feature
Go to the Report Menu.
Click Schedule.
Click Advance Schedule Create.
Enter Report Name - Appears in email subject line.
Select Currency from the dropdown if more than one is in use.
Select Report Category from the dropdown that correspond to the other menu options.
Legacy.
Summary.
General.
Reservation.
Distribution.
Profile.
Select Report Type from the dropdown based on category selection.
Select Date Type from the dropdown:
Confirmation date.
Arrival date.
Departure date.
Select View By from the dropdown based on your access.

πNote: Email recipients receive a link to download the report, not the report file itself.
Delete scheduled reports
Go to the Report menu and select Schedule to view the list.
Locate the scheduled report from the list and click Delete.
The system will prompt if you are sure, select Yes or No to cancel.
