Analytics reporting
CRS Analytics provides extensive reservation and production information through both graphical displays and data outputs. You can leverage multiple configurable and filtering options for viewing production and generating reports, giving you greater control to make informed business decisions.

System navigation
The system contains four main menus:
Dashboard - Production overview with year-over-year comparison.
Performance - Production data with multiple filters to narrow down results.
Comparison - Production data with year-over-year comparison and filters to narrow down results.
Settings - User settings and preferences.
Dashboard, performance and comparison displays
You can filter reports as desired and access them immediately. Unless you apply specific filters, the data displayed includes all properties you have access to within the CRS Analytics system. The system sources reservation data directly from the CRS and refreshes every 24 hours.
Filter definitions and options
Below are the filter definitions and options.
Hotel group - Displays as configured in the CRS hotel grouping overview.
Hotel - Shows all properties you have access to within the CRS Analytics for viewing individual hotel data.
Dates - Based on your selection:
Check-Out Date.
Booked Date.
Stay date includes the entire revenue for any booking staying over the date range, even if guests arrive before the start date or check out after the end date.
Prorate stay date data toggle is used with stay date parameters, displays the average nightly revenue for the entire booking and applies only to the stay dates searched.
Compare by:
Calendar date displays the exact dates selected for current and prior year.
Calendar day displays the exact dates for current year and the relative day of week or range for prior year.
Include PMS, depending on your selection, reservations created via the PMS will be included in the report display or excluded.
Currency is based on your selection.
Property status provides flexibility in comparison results with these options:
All - Results from previous year sustain all data including properties that may now be deactivated in current year.
Active - Results from current and previous year based on current live properties.
Inactive - Shows only inactive property data.
Display options:
Adjust filters and search data by selecting change filter on the right.
Remove specific fields from dashboard output using unchecking the options at bottom of the screen.
Export screen data to CSV format.
User profile calendar preference and reset password
In this menu, you can make changes to your password and define your preferred calendar setting.
Change the calendar display in your user profile settings
Follow the steps below to change the calendar display in your user profile settings.
Go to Settings.
Go to User Profile.
Choose your preferred calendar settings from the dropdown:
ISO International standard (Monday to Sunday).
US Standard (Sunday to Saturday).
Click Submit to save.
Change your password in your user profile settings
Follow the steps below to learn how to change your password in your user profile settings.
Go to Settings.
Go to Reset Password.
Enter your Last Password.
Enter your New Password.
Re-enter your New Password.
Click Submit to save.
