As a reservations agent in CRS, your day-to-day focus is searching, reviewing, and managing guest bookings across all channels. The system brings all reservation data into one place, making it straightforward to find and action what you need.

This guide walks you through the key tasks you'll carry out in the CRS.

Log in for the first time

To access the CRS, log in with your account credentials and complete multi-factor authentication to verify your identity.

  • Log in using your unique email address and set your password on first login.

  • Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) a six-digit code is sent to your registered email by default.

  • Set up mobile app authentication using an authenticator app for a faster login experience.

  • Re-enter your MFA code if prompted, codes expire after five minutes.


Manage reservations

The CRS gives you a clear view of all bookings across channels, with tools to search, review, and update reservations efficiently.

  • Search for reservations by date, channel, or guest information.

  • Access individual reservation details, including booking information, guest data, and reservation history.

  • View both active and cancelled reservations from all channels.

  • Review integrated reservations and manage add-on details.


Manage guest profiles

Guest profiles store key information about your guests, helping you deliver a consistent experience and keep contact details accurate.

  • Create and manage individual guest profiles linked to reservations.

  • Access and update corporation, group, and travel agent profiles.

  • Use guest profile information to personalise the booking experience.


Check availability

The availability validation tool lets you quickly confirm room and rate availability for your guests before completing a booking.

  • Access the availability validation tool from the CRS home screen or the Availability menu.

  • Search availability by property, room type, or rate code.

  • View availability across different channels to find the best options for your guests.
