Written by Fernando Fallabrino

As a revenue manager in CRS, your focus is optimising pricing, availability, and inventory to maximise your property's revenue performance. Understanding the system's key tools will help you make confident decisions and respond to market changes quickly.

This guide introduces the main areas of the CRS you'll work in day to day.

Log in for the first time

To access the CRS, log in with your account credentials and complete multi-factor authentication to verify your identity.

  • Log in using your unique email address and set your password on first login.

  • Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) a six-digit code is sent to your registered email by default.

  • Set up mobile app authentication using an authenticator app for a faster login experience.

  • Re-enter your MFA code if prompted, codes expire after five minutes.

View the dashboard

The CRS dashboard gives you a centralised view of pricing, inventory, and restrictions, with the ability to make changes directly from the screen.

  • Navigate the dashboard to view pricing, inventory, and restriction data across room types and rate codes.

  • Change pricing directly from the dashboard without navigating to rate configuration.

  • Use direct links from the dashboard to drill into rate configuration for detailed review or updates.

  • Move between dashboard views and configuration in one streamlined workflow.

Manage rates

The rate management section lets you create and configure the rates your property sells across all channels.

  • Create and configure rate codes with pricing rules and restrictions.

  • Set seasonal rates, discounts, and rate overwrites to respond to demand changes.

  • Manage rate code groups, rate tiers, and geo pricing where enabled for your property.

  • Control which rate codes individual users can access and modify.

Manage availability and inventory

Keeping availability and inventory accurate ensures your property sells the right rooms at the right time across all connected channels.

  • Use the availability validation tool to check room and rate availability at property and room type level.

  • Manage base inventory, allotments, and sell limits to control room availability.

  • View availability by channel, sub-channel, and rate code to understand your distribution landscape.

  • Use the auto rollover feature to keep inventory up to date automatically.
