Get help without leaving your CRS workflow. The Access digital assistant in CRS provides instant access to support articles and system guidance directly within the application. Find answers to questions without switching between systems or searching through external help resources.
Additional digital assistant enhancements are coming over the next few months to make finding support information even faster.
Booking engine discount code messaging
Clear guest feedback when discount codes don't work. When guests enter invalid discount codes on the cart or combo checkout pages, the CRS booking engine now displays a clear message explaining the code wasn't accepted. This update eliminates guest confusion during checkout while reducing potential support inquiries about discount code status.
Chain-level guarantee policy options
Expanded deposit collection methods for chain operations. Chain-level guarantee policies now support flat deposit amounts alongside percentage-based and per-night fee options. This brings chain-level functionality in line with property-level guarantee policy capabilities.
Enhanced reservation search functionality
Find specific reservations faster with room type and rate code filters.
New search options for room type and rate code are now available.
Follow the steps below to navigate to the tabs with the improvements.
Click Reservation.
Click either Res Detail or Add-Ons Detail.
Select the reservation and cancellation tabs.
These search filters help you quickly locate specific reservation records when reviewing guest bookings or add-on purchases, particularly useful for properties with extensive room type inventories or rate structures.
