What's new?

This month's updates provide in-application system support, automate travel agent profile mapping at the channel level, and simplify group booking workflows to improve both operational efficiency and guest experience.

Access digital assistant

Knowledgebase articles and AI-powered system guidance will soon be accessible directly within the CRS application, keeping you on the same page while getting the answers you need.

In-application feedback surveys

We're implementing surveys across our products to capture your insights on what's working well and prioritize improvements that matter most.

Group block navigation

When guests add multiple rooms from group booking pages, they proceed seamlessly without re-entering the group code for each additional room. This creates a smoother booking and guest experience.

Travel Agent profile channel mapping

You can establish profile mapping by channel that applies across all subchannels, with the flexibility to customize specific subchannels as needed. This accelerates your initial setup while maintaining control over channel-specific requirements.

Time zone display for chain activity logs

Time and time zone references in column headers were updates with the last release to provide clear visibility into activity timing across your properties, enabling accurate monitoring and reporting regardless of location.
