From rate code listing: New column on the right provides direct access to the rate overwrite screen as well as season rates or derived pricing screens, if configured.
From the dashboard: Click directly to rate configuration or rate overwrite screens to view fixed values.
From rate overwrite screen: Easy links back to rate code configuration or dashboard.
For hotel groups: Chain functionality users will see rate derivation indicators where relevant in the rate code listing fixed pricing remains hotel-specific.
Interactive AI booking engine early adopter program expansion
The booking engine that doesn't wait, it anticipates and converts
Our new interactive AI booking engine goes beyond traditional booking flows by understanding guest intent and acting in real-time to maximize conversions at every touchpoint.
Key Features:
Understands guest intent as they browse.
Acts in real-time to optimize the booking experience.
Creates conversion opportunities at every interaction.
Native integration between CRS and CRM, if deployed for seamless data flow.
Next steps: We'll be expanding our early adopter program soon. Contact us or learn about how the Interactive AI booking engine could work for your property or group.
New tax option
Maximum stay limit:
You can now set taxes to apply only to the first few nights of a guest's stay, for jurisdictions with this requirement. Simply configure this setting in your CRS and it will automatically calculate taxes according for each booking. For areas where this is common: Consider updating your booking engine labels and or descriptions where relevant to help guests understand how their taxes are calculated, giving them confidence to complete their reservation.
City tax change:
You now have full flexibility with city tax settings they can be included or excluded from deposit calculations based on your property's needs. This removes the previous restriction and gives you complete control over how city taxes are handled at booking.
Chain manager, policy priority management enhancement
As our chain manager functionality continues to evolve, we have now included the priority field for guarantee and cancellation policies.
Upon assigning the policy and priority to individual properties, the following rules will apply:
Policy detail checkbox is unchecked
Existing hotel-level priority settings remains, preserves flexibility at the property level.
Policy detail checkbox checked this is a new override function
Chain-level policies override existing hotel-level policy priorities.
Provides consistent guarantee or cancellation policy application across your portfolio.
Smart conflict management
Multi-property updates: When pushing policies to multiple hotels simultaneously, you'll see update successful if at least one property updates successfully. Any properties that didn't update will display specific warning messages for easy resolution.
The system prevents conflicts by detecting existing priority values at the property level. When a duplicate priority is found:
Warning message identifies the specific hotel and priority number not updated
No automatic priority reassignment occurs - you maintain full control
New policies without existing records and not policy from chain are assigned priority zero.
How to access this update
Updates are automatically updated and available in the CRS.
