This month's updates expand your toolkit with in-app support access, enhanced image handling, and more granular rate assignment at the chain level.

The access digital assistant is now activated in CRS with support articles and system guidance accessible directly within the application, keeping you in your workflow while providing instant access to knowledgebase information. Additional enhancements are coming over the next few months to make support access even easier and faster.

Users can now hover over image file name links in multimedia tabs to quickly preview images across multiple areas: packages, add-ons, groups, rates, and rooms. This eliminates the need to navigate into the individual setup screens. This feature expands the existing hover preview functionality from property-level multimedia to include both chain and property areas, creating a consistent experience throughout the system.

Room types configured as Closed are now automatically excluded when assigning rates with linkage from CRS to PMS, preventing interface errors since, by definition, closed room types are not sellable via CRS channels.

These enhancements add new layers of control and efficiency to your revenue management and operational workflows.
