Additional guest names collection

The additional guest names feature allows properties to collect up to nine additional guest names per reservation through the booking engine and voice application. This is particularly useful for properties with larger room capacities or those requiring complete guest registration information for check-in.

This feature can be used when a property has:

  • Rooms that accommodate many people.

  • Properties requiring all guest names for registration.

  • Enhanced check-in preparation and guest service.

When this feature is enabled the additional guest name fields will appear on the booking engine and voice application when an additional number of guest have been selected in the occupancy selector.

The key features of additional guest names are outlined below:

  • Maximum additional names: Configure up to nine additional guest names. Ten in total including primary guest.

  • Occupancy based display: Fields appear based on room occupancy entered during booking.

  • Optional collection: Guest name entry is optional but can be encouraged through staff training for voice agents.

  • You will need to reach out to your PMS provider to see if the additional names can be accommodated in the PMS.
