This month's updates include a new login screen design and upgraded Trip.com connection.
New login screen design
As part of our commitment to create a more seamless experience across all SHR products, new login screens will be introduced after the CRS update on the 21st of May for both the Central Reservation System (CRS) and the Voice Application.
No action needed your current login method remains the same with the new screens:
Username and passcode: continue using as normal.
Single Sign-On (SSO if used today): will continue to be fully compatible with the new design.
Simply enter your credentials and proceed:
Then enter your passcode or leverage your pre-existing single sign on solution:
Soon, your system username will unlock more personalized experiences across each of our solutions with additional features coming soon. For users of multiple SHR products, you'll soon be able to toggle between tools with one identity, helping you get your work done faster and eliminating the need to manage multiple URLs and logins. For the Voice Application, the core login screen will receive an updated design, while credentials and password fields will remain on the same screen for now. This login flow will be updated at a later stage as part of ongoing efforts to personalize the user experience.

Upgraded Trip.com connection
As mentioned last month, for hotels already using Trip.com we’re upgrading connection to give you more flexibility and control something many of you have requested. Your property or group will continue to receive more details from the team outlining next steps and individual activation dates to ensure a smooth transition.
What to expect: You’ll keep everything you already use today, plus gain immediate access to:
Closed to arrival and closed to departure restrictions.
Child pricing from the extranet, now included in reservations.
Even more enhancements are on the horizon, including:
Occupancy-based pricing.
Reservation modifications.
Stay-through restrictions.
Not using Trip.com yet? We’d be happy to add your property or group after this upgrade, so you can benefit from this high-visibility channel. This upgrade is part of our commitment to supporting your distribution strategy through continuous improvements to existing channels and the addition of new ones.
