Season rate

Season rate allows you to establish pricing patterns for specific periods and room types. You can use season rate independently or alongside rate overwrite, depending on your pricing strategy for specific rate codes and room types.

πŸ“ŒNote: If using derived rate structure and want to enter fixed pricing for specific dates, use rate overwrite. Rate pricing may use season rate or rate derivation, not both at the same time.

Child pricing

Child pricing structure: Child supplements add to adult occupancy rates based on defined age groups. Each child is charged according to their age group configuration.

Age group definitions:

  • C1: First child age group.

  • C2: Second child age group.

  • Up to four age groups may be defined.

Pricing safeguard: If in the rare case the total room price for adults and children exceeds treating all occupants as adults, children are automatically charged adult rates.
