The CRS allows chains to customize the user experience through system messages that appear when users initially log into the system. The text on the right-hand side of the screen can be customized for the entire chain to display relevant and meaningful information to users.

Configuration of the system message process

Outlined below are the steps to configure the system message process.

  1. Go to Chain Manager.

  2. Go to System Message.

  3. Enter your primary message:

    1. Updates the upper section of the display.

    2. HTML formatting: HTML formatting is supported for customized look and style.

  4. Enter your supplemental header.

    1. Updates just above the lower section of the display.

  5. Enter your supplemental message.

    1. Updates the lower section of the display.

    2. HTML formatting: HTML formatting is supported for customized look and style.

  6. Click Save.
