Curated rates
Curated rates streamline the booking experience by automatically presenting the lowest-priced offers from predefined rate groups to guests during their search. This feature reduces decision fatigue and potentially improves conversion rates by eliminating the need for guests to compare multiple similar offers.
Rate grouping: Configure up to three groups of specific rate codes that target similar guest segments or offer types.
Automatic selection: The system evaluates each group during guest searches and displays only the rate with the lowest price point from each group (if available). This displays as one of the IBE blocks in the order you want that aligns with your selling strategy.
Guest display: Guests see the curated rate and all associated room types for that specific rate. Other rates in the group are not displayed in the curated rates block. These rates will still appear in other blocks as available.
All available rates in the curated block will also appear in other relevant IBE blocks, such as Rooms and Rate blocks. Map out the complete guest journey for both high and limited availability scenarios to ensure curated rate elements are adding clarity to the guest’s purchase decision.
Curated availability logic:
If rates are available in multiple curated groups: System shows the lowest price point from each available group.
If one curated group has no availability: That group is skipped, other groups still display.
If no curated groups have availability: Entire curated rates block is skipped.
Configure curated rates for your booking engine
Go to Property Description.
Go to the Branding menu.
Select the IBE Settings tab.
Go to the IBE Blocks area of the screen for either A or B setting and select Curated Rate from the drop down in the order you want them to appear in the blocks to bookers.
Go to the Curated Rate Codes fields further down the screen and enter the rate codes for up to each of the three lines to set up each group. Separate rate codes with a semi-colon (;):

Click Save IBE Setting.
The system evaluates each rate code during availability requests and returns the lowest available price from each of the curated rates group. If no rates are available for the complete stay period, that curated rate group won't display.
📌Note: Curated rates configuration only affects your CRS booking engine display. Consider how these rates appear on other channels when planning your overall rate strategy.
