Set up and manage Evo Feed subscriptions

Steps to create, update, delete, and send Evo Feed subscriptions in Access Evo Standard, and view feed activity for a chain.

Written by Fernando Fallabrino

Evo Feed is your centralised hub for managing tasks and notifications across all your Access products. It provides a simple, curated, and actionable list that keeps you informed and productive wherever you are. Authorised users can set up subscriptions for themselves and their colleagues, depending on their roles, to be alerted to information important to them.

Set up a feed subscription for CRS

You can create a new feed subscription to receive automated alerts based on the topic and thresholds you choose.

  1. Go to Chain Manager.

  2. Go to Access Evo Feed.

  3. Click the Subscription Feed tab.

  4. Click New Subscription at the bottom left of the page.

  5. Enter a Subscription Name to locate it in the list in the future.

  6. Select your property or properties from the smart search to trigger the feeds for.

  7. Select the Topic from the dropdown menu for the type of alert to receive.*

  8. Enter a Title to name the feed that users will see.

  9. Enter a Description to explain the reason the feed was received and the next action to take.

  10. Enter a value for Send feed after. This is the number of times the message must be triggered before a feed is sent to the user or users.

  11. Enter a value for Errors in hours. This is the number of hours during which the message is triggered.

  12. Click Save.

📌 Note: Both the Send feed after and Errors in hours values must be true to trigger the feed. For example, 'five errors in two hours' means a notification is sent when five or more errors happen within any two-hour period.

🤓 Tip: The system will prepopulate suggested description text that you can customise to be most meaningful to your users.
