Chain level guest preferences

Capture guest information during the booking process across all your properties for service delivery and guest experience.

Guest preferences can be created at both chain and property levels, with chain-level preferences automatically appearing for all properties in the chain.

Property-specific preferences: For preferences that don't apply to all properties or are hotel-specific, create these at the property level. They will display alongside any chain-level preferences in the booking process.

  2. Go to Chain Level Default.
