Create unique tracking URLs to measure booking performance from specific marketing activities and campaigns.

Web tracking enables you to record guest bookings through unique URLs, helping you evaluate the performance of specific marketing activities. You can track metrics including booking conversions, room nights, revenue and campaign costs to measure your marketing return on investment.

Create new web tracking campaign and URL

Follow the steps below to create new web tracking campaign and URL.

  1. Go to the Marketing menu.

  2. Go to Web Tracking.

  3. Click Create New tab.

  4. Configure your campaign settings:

    • Enter your preferred campaign name.

    • Select the date to end tracking.

    • Optional cost per unique session.

      1. Enter without decimals for example 10.00 enter 1000.

    • Check to redirect the system landing page URL a specific URL other than the one generated when you click Create.

    • Enter the booking page URL where guests should land.

  5. Click Create to generate the landing page URL to use for this tracking.


URL configuration options

Direct system URL

Use the system-generated landing page URL directly in your marketing materials. This URL tracks campaign performance while directing guests to your standard booking flow.

Redirect setup

Enable the redirect option to:

  • Use the system landing page URL in marketing materials for tracking.

  • Automatically redirect guests to your custom redirect URL after clicking.

  • Maintain full tracking capabilities regardless of redirect configuration.

The overview page displays your current web tracking campaigns with these details:

  • Name - Your custom campaign name.

  • Track ID - System-assigned unique identifier for each entry.

  • Date created - Campaign setup date.

  • Stop - Date when tracking ends.

  • Hits - Number of unique sessions reaching the URL.

  • Res - Total reservations confirmed through this URL.

  • RN - Room nights booked via this campaign.

  • Rev - Revenue generated from tracked reservations.

  • Cost - Optional cost per click tracking.

Campaign tracking strategy

You can create multiple tracking campaigns for the same promotion to measure performance across different:

  • Marketing channels (email, social media, paid advertising).

  • Customer segments (loyalty members, new guests, regional targets).

  • Campaign variations (different messaging or creative approaches).

This segmented approach provides detailed insights into which channels and audiences generate the strongest booking performance for your marketing investments.
