AI Assistant language translations
The AI assistant bridges our products and AI, allowing you to benefit from advanced technology while performing daily tasks.
Wherever the AI assistant is available, it appears at the top of the screen for you to engage with. This is an optional feature that may be added as a subscription to your CRS contract and enabled by the support team.
With the AI assistant in the CRS you can quickly translate all your existing content into more languages. You can translate descriptions across the entire CRS, including hotel, room, and rate policy content. This in-application AI translation tool is designed to save you time and effort by providing translations directly within the system.

Translate default content to additional languages
Follow the steps below to learn how to translate default content:
Go to Rate Management.
Go to Rate Code menu.
Click on the Rate Code Name.
Go to the Multi-Language tab.
Choose the Language from the dropdown.
Click on the AI assistant button at the top of the screen and the modal will open

Click Translate.
Check the boxes for the fields you want to add translated content related to the image.
Rate code name.
Rate code description.
Rate short description (Mobile).
Internal comment (if enabled).
Click Translate at the bottom of the modal and the system will return the written content in the modal, you may adjust as needed.
Click Apply to transfer the content into the CRS fields, you may still adjust the content if needed.
X out of the AI Assistant to close the modal.
Click Update to save.
π€Tip: The same logic and workflow apply to anywhere else translated content is loaded within the CRS.
