Keyboard shortcuts for efficient navigation

The voice application includes keyboard shortcuts to help agents navigate quickly between functions and screens.

Use these hotkey combinations on the different pages to streamline your booking workflow.

Hold down the control key and select the corresponding letter:

  • A – Jumps to the arrival field.

  • G – Opens the guest profile look up modal.

  • H – Displays the call history for the agent.

  • L - Start or end call.

  • N – New search.

  • S – Search availability.

Hold down the control key and select:

  • M - Make Reservation – proceeds to check out.

  • A - Arrival which opens the calendar.

  • Arrow down - Move by week.

  • Arrow right - Move by day.

Reservation screen functions

Hold down the control key and select:

  • B - Back to search results.

  • A - Add-ons modal opens.

  • L - Start or end call.
