Configure list view booking engine display limits for rooms and rates
The list view display feature helps you manage the number of rooms and rates that appear during initial availability searches. This functionality is particularly useful for properties with extensive room types or rate offers, reducing the need for shoppers to scroll through long lists, especially on mobile devices.
You can set thresholds for up to five initial displays while ensuring guests always retain the option to expand and view all available offers.
The key functionalities of this feature are listed below:
Set maximum initial displays from one to five offers.
Guests can expand to see all available options.
Sorting by price remains available within each display.
Tile size adjusts dynamically based on description length.
Configure list view booking engine display limits
Follow the steps below to enable this feature
Go to the Property Description.
Go to Branding.
Go to the IBE Settings tab.
Go to the List View Collapse drop down menu and choose from the options:
No collapse if you want all rooms and rates to display without limitations.
Up to five to display initially.
Click Save.
📌Note: This only applies to the list view in the booking engine; grid view remains unchanged.
