Chain Base Inventory
You can view inventory across your entire hotel group or chain on one screen when this feature is enabled. This provides a comprehensive overview of inventory status across multiple properties.
📌Note: This feature must be enabled by the support team before you can access the chain level inventory grid [email protected]
View the chain base inventory
The below will outline how to view the chain base inventory:
Go to the chain manager menu.
Click Chain Level Default.
Click Base Inventory.
The inventory grid will appear with the available inventory per property.
Hotels are separated by columns with the hotel code as the header.
Select the From and To dates for each row.
Click View.
Checkboxes for each of the below enable the display for:
Base inventory.
Oversell inventory.
Blocked inventory.
Reserved inventory.
Click on any hotel code to be brough to the more detailed hotel level inventory for that specific property.
