Expedia Group is retiring Hotwire Partner Central (HPC) on April 30, 2026. After this date, Hotwire opaque rates can no longer be managed through HPC. To maintain Hotwire as a booking channel, you'll need to set up and manage these rates through your Expedia Group connection.

To continue your Hotwire selling strategy follow the points below:
Establish a Hotwire fenced promotion in Expedia Partner Central before April 30.
Your Expedia Group account manager can help get this in place.
Once your new Hotwire rates are in Partner Central, update your CRS or other channel management system's rate mapping and resync pricing and availability so ongoing updates flow to the Expedia extranet.
You can do this directly if you manage your own mappings, or open a case with the CRS support team.
📌Note: If your property still has a Hotwire direct connect active in the CRS, we'll disable this for you on that date to avoid any error messages.
